Warrington & Vale Royal College – Games Lecturer

(August 2020 – February 2021)

I was working to specific time constraints to help deliver a wide range of content to a variety of age and skill levels. Teaching students how to create 3D game models and understanding the games industry. I was also responsible for various other duties such as creating and editing educational videos, writing lesson plans, preparing resources for students and performing student work assessments, all of which required individual dependability on my part.

Leeds City College – Substitute Tutor

(January 2018 – July 2018)

A short period of teaching students various modules which were already in progress when I arrived, this required me to be extremely adaptable in a short amount of time. Helping collect resources and distribute them among students to aid them in achieving the best results possible in their final submissions to which I gave a critical assessment and final mark.

International Hobo - Intern

(June 2016 - July 2016)

I worked in the QA area on game titles for PC, testing for bugs and assisting and leading the narrative teams. Also giving constructive feedback, adding polish to the final product.

 

Beta Tester for 360 Studios (MMA Federation)

(June 2015 – December 2015)

 

This involved testing to find as many bugs as possible and give constructive feedback, which added polish to the product before soft launch.

 

Charity Game Jam participant – University of Bolton
(November 2015)

 

I participated in a 48 hour Game Jam competition with a team of 5 people, all the money raised went to the Special Effect charity. My role involved creating art assets such as environment props whilst also giving aid in the management of the project.
